Although Aimee was born and raised in the Franklin Region, she moved to the stunning Coromandel Peninsula in 2016. Three days a week, Aimee commutes from Thames to Pukekohe to continue serving her clients; the other two days, she works from her satellite office located in Thames.

Aimee started her career in Accountancy straight from Pukekohe High School at 17 years old, working fulltime and studying part time through Manukau Institute of Technology where she gained her qualification of a New Zealand Diploma in Business. She then went on to complete her NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants qualifications becoming an Associate Chartered Accountant.

Aimee has been involved in several community initiatives, such as a fundraising campaign to establish a Liberty wheelchair swing in Pukekohe. This featured several fundraising activities, one of which saw Aimee swing nonstop for 32 hours, earning her a spot in the Guinness Book of Records.  More recently Aimee has taken on a trustee role of the Tuakau Youth Sports Trust, this Trust was established to provide safe and secure environments for the youth of the district to be able to engage in positive sport providing physical and mental challenges. This trust is responsible for the recent completion of the Skate Park at the Dr John Lightbody Reserve which was officially opened in November 2022.

Aimee understands what the pressure of running your own business can have on life. One of her strengths is assisting business owners to manage the compliance side of the business in an efficient manner so they can work on what they are good at, running their business.

Aimee doesn't just look at what is required from a compliance point of view, assisting and working with her clients to achieve their goals is one of her passions. This see's Aimee being fully engaged with her clients business owners and their support team on a regular basis.
